Slightly acid toner makes skin fully hydrated and refreshed with the moisture of Iceland mineral water.

The Iceland Hydrating Toner effortlessly replenishes, balances, and softens rough, dry skin with the help of pure Iceland Glacier Water. Iceland Glacier Water has a molecular structure similar to that of the human body which allows for stronger absorption and retention for long-lasting nourishment. Its EWG Green Grade formula easily balances the skin’s pH level and gently dissolving dead skin cells for a soft finish.

Suggested use

After washing the face, put an adequate amount of the product onto a cotton ball or into the palm, apply along the skin texture from the center of your face outward, and allow it to be absorbed.
