This moisturizing toner preps skin to give it a moisturized, radiant texture.

Formulated without 4 additives (4 parabens**, tar colorant, mineral oil, talc).

**4 parabens : methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben.

Formulated with Rice Extract, Rice Bran Oil and Ceramide, this moisturizing toner gives skin a surge of moisture and a healthy glow.

Suggested use

Use after washing the face. Soak a cotton pad in toner and gently wipe all over face.
