Suggested use

1 tablet daily with or without a meal. For maximum results include vitamin B complex, magnesium and coenzyme Q10 with alpha-lipoic acid in your nutrition program.

Other ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, silica, and modified cellulose gum.

Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, soy or wheat. Contains no sugar, starch, salt, preservatives or artificial color, flavor or fragrance.
