This low-pH duo-layer makeup remover is enriched with milk protein and fermented soy milk to moisturize skin while gently removing stubborn makeup without irritating sensitive eyes and lips. It’s gentle on the skin while effectively removing even waterproof makeup.

Suggested Use

Shake well before use to blend water and emulsion type layers. Saturate a cotton pad with remover and softly wipe out eyes and mouth area.
