Seven Minerals Pure Magnesium Oil is one of the highest grade magnesium oils available. Mined from its purest state, deep within a 250 million year-old Permian Seabed in the Southern United States. Purified and tested to USP Grade.

Suggested use

• Spray the oil to the bottom of your feet and legs before going to sleep. Use daily before or after bathing.
• Massage a generous amount into any sore area. Use it as often as needed.
• Let air dry for best results.
• You may experience itchiness after initial use. This is normal and is due to low magnesium levels or salt residue.
• The itchiness & salt residue can be avoided by rinsing the oil off after 20 minutes.
• For those with sensitive skin, the 50/50 dilution with water is recommended.
