Soft, blendable color to fill and define brows.

Suggested use

Step 1: Define brows by using the angled side of the pencil to draw a line on top and bottom of the natural brow shape. Use the flat side to fill in sparse areas.

Step 2: Brush to blend color for perfectly defined brow.
