Suggested use

Apply 1 patch per day.

1. Select an area of skin. The patch will stick better if you choose an area of skin without hair, lotion, or oil residue. Clean & dry the skin.
2. Remove the release liner from the patch.
3. Adhere the patch to your skin, pressing firmly.
4. Wear the patch for up to 8 hours to avoid adverse skin reaction.
5. When finished, remove the patch, fold in half, and discard.
6. Repeat with a new patch the next day.

Vitamin c (ascorbic acid) 500 mg, quercetin dihydrate 400 mg, stinging nettles (leaves) 300 mg, bromelain (2,400 gdu/g) 100 mg, luteolin 100 mg, rutin (sophora japonica) (flower bud) 100 mg, dihydroquercetin (larch tree extract) 40 mg, n-acetyl cysteine (nac) 50 mg, holy basil leaf extract (ocimum sanctum) 5 mg, milk thistle (silymarin) 5 mg, ginger (root) 2.5 mg, licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra root) dried extract 5 mg, astragalus (astragalus chinensis) root 5 mg, stinging nettle 5 mg, butterbur extract 2.5 mg, peppermint oil 2.5 mg.
