Use the Palladio Brow Pencil to fill in and shape brows with short hairlike strokes, don’t forget to blend brows using the built-in spoolie brush for an even and full look.

Always comb hair up first to expose skin, and using an upward motion draw on brow hairs or fill in light spots. Find your perfect shade by accentuating your skins natural undertones or your hairs highlight and undertones.
