L’Oreal presents Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner, our kajal inspired eyeliner is shaped perfectly to glide on the top & lower lash line for dramatic shaping & contouring. This intense rich color depositing liner takes eyes from edgy to exotic in one simple sweep.

Suggested use

Apply the smoldering eyeliner along top and lower lash line to define eyes. To add more drama, use the side of the liner to draw a thicker contouring line. Smudge if desired.
