Suggested use

With clean hands, hold the stem of the earplug. Using opposite hand, pull up on outer ear to straighten ear canal. Insert earplug as deeply as possible into ear canal for maximum protection from noise. Hold plug in place until a comfortable and proper fit is reached. If proper fit is not obtained, repeat steps 1,2 and 3 until desired results are achieve.
