Suggested use

• Layer it on eyeliner, or gently swipe it to add sparkly effect on your under eyes.
• For natural eye makeup – Wear it alone or natural eye makeup.
• Layer it to double the shine – Apply it over the eyeliner for extra twinkly eyes.
