Suggested use

Dental Scaler:

Hold the tool so that the top of the curve is flat against the tooth. Gently pull away from the gum line toward the biting edge of each tooth. Use weekly.

Dental Pick:

Place pick at the gum line between the teeth and gently pull away from the gum line to remove food. Use weekly.

Tongue Cleaner:

Place the tongue cleaner on the back of your tongue and pull forward, lightly skimming the surface of your tongue. Rinse tongue cleaner with warm water and repeat as needed.

After use, rinse tools with warm water and allow to air dry. Both scaler and pick are made from soft steel that safely cleans without damaging tooth enamel if used as directed.

For adult use only. Follow instructions carefully. Certain elements found in dental plaque may cause clotting and an increased risk of heart disease in some people. Regularly rinse mouth thoroughly during use. Do not swallow material removed. If bleeding of the gums occurs, stop and consult your dentist. For additional instructions consult your dentist.

Use only light pressure when cleaning your tongue. Like your toothbrush, you should replace your tongue cleaner every 3 months.
