EYE APPEAL Retractable Eye Pencil is perfect for lining and contouring eyes. Easy to blend formula glides on gently, will not tug or pull. The smooth formula creates clean precise lines for a daytime look or smudges for a more sultry look. Can also use as an eye shadow.

Suggested use

Application: Line along lash line from inner to outer corners. For a softer look, use a cotton swab, fingers or fine brush to smudge color. Press gently for a fine line or more firmly for a bolder line.
