Suggested use

We recommend dry brushing daily before a shower and ideally in the morning as it can be invigorating and energizing. For 3-5 minutes, brush upwards in small strokes with light pressure to start. Start at your feet working up to your chest.

This brush is great when used dry, but can also be used wet in the shower with a body soap. If using wet, rinse brush and hang it to dry between uses. Avoid brushing on areas of broken skin. Follow dry brushing with your favorite lotion or body oil.
