Suggested use

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of salts into running bath water, agitate until well dissolved, immerse body and soak for 15-30 minutes. For stronger aromatic experience, Add up to 1 cup of salts to bath water.

Place small amount in a dish on your nightstand to release a delightfully restful aroma.
